#77 Complete Two 3D Puzzles

I finished Cinderella’s Castle before moving out of my apartment. (It distracted me from packing for a day or two…) Take a look!

#41 Learn how to knit, crochet or sew and make three items.

I am currently in the process of learning how to crochet and sew! So I have two projects going at once. I crochet when I am somewhere and bored and I sew when I am at home so I have time for both.

My first crochet project is a red and gray striped scarf. It’s very basic since I am only using single stitches. (I don’t like a lot of large holes in my clothing.)

I got this shirt for Christmas from my mom. It was an XS in kids… So I am making a pink skirt to attach to it and give it to a young girl I know it will fit.

First completed sewing project

The next sewing project I am working on is a reusable grocery bag. It’s really nice and has places for wine bottles and might even fit a two-liter. (I don’t drink soda anymore so it’s not a big issue if it doesn’t hold a two-liter.) I picked out this awesome, extremely strong, green leaf fabric. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy webbing because the lady at Jo-Ann Fabrics didn’t know what it was.  So, after I get my webbing on Wednesday I should be done by the end of the week.

#81 Eat at 25 new (to me) restaurants and write my opinion of each

1) Chipotle Mexican Grill – Fast, fresh, and best of all organic. Doesn’t taste the best it possibly could though so I’ll have to go with a B.
2) Cheddar’s Casual Cafe – Pretty good, hard to say because I only ate one entree. However what I ate was very good. B.
3) Qdoba’s Mexican Grill – Great taste! A!
4) Chaba Thai Cuisine – Thai isn’t really my cup of tea. I’ll give them a C because I don’t know what else to give them.
5) C. L. Asia – Worst ever. Terrible food and service. F!!
6) Chili’s Grill & Bar Restaurant – Excellent food! A
7) Jack in the Box – One of my favorite places to go if there’s one near! A+ for fast food!
8) Rally’s Burgers – Uhh… It was gross overall. I’ll give it a C in hopes that the next one (if ever chosen again) is better.
9) Carrabba’s Italian Grill – FAVORITE EVER. A+
10) Market At Main – Excellent Homestead Creamery ice cream. Delicious homemade food including biscuits! A+

#82 Eat 50 Food Items and Write My Opinion of Each.

1) Pad Thai Noodles – This was my first Thai food ever. I was trying to pick something that wasn’t too hot because I have little to no tolerance for spicy, hot food. However, I found this food disgusting!

2) Black Beans and Rice – Very yummy! I usually don’t like beans unless they are green beans. However, this was so delicious with the hot sausage.

3) Cajun Sausage Jambalaya – I’d give it a 3 of 5. It’s not super delicious but I wouldn’t turn it down.

4) Flounder fillet – MUSHY! I didn’t like this fish at all.

5) Salmon fillet – Eating this made me realize why I hated salmon when I was younger… Not because I didn’t like it but because I DID like it. My parents used to fix fish we caught when fishing at my grandparents house. Of course the fish still had bones in it and that’s why I never liked fish as a child.

6) Chocolate Cheesecake – AMAZING! I used to stay away from anything cheesecake related because when I was a child I thought it actually tasted like cheese because it was made from it. Of course later on in life I found out that it wasn’t. But, I still wouldn’t try it. I’m so happy I did!

7) Chicken Burrito – Believe it or not I had never had a chicken burrito before. I went to Chipotle a few weeks ago and got a delicious free-range chicken burrito.

8) Avocado – Gross mainly because of the texture. Oh yeah, and the taste…

The first one was a 2000 piece puzzle of a painting. I believe I have a picture of this one. I will post it if I find it.
The second one was of an elephant.
Unfortunately, there were pieces missing in both puzzle boxes. I think my cat hates puzzles.
